PL Lakers are hosting 3 straight games at Vet 7PM Wed 5/11-Fri 5/13 and preparing for the stretch run in SSC action. There is no admission and the Vet Cafe’ concession is stocked and open!
PL Mudcats run 2011 record to 3-0 with big 10-2 win VS Webster on Tuesday 5/10. Tony Adderly smoked a laser to leftfield for a homerun that capped the ‘Cats scoring. The Mudcats return to DRS action on Sunday 5/15 for a 2PM 1st pitch at St Patricks Bonin Field.
The PL Jays take another shot at starting the ’11 campaign tonight 5/11 in a makeup at Gaylord Walsh Field. The 2011 schedule should re-release next week after moving Section 4 games at Savage and getting the RVL game with Belle Plaine makeup date confirmed. The next action for the Jays is schedule for 5/15 2PM when they host the Arlington A’s in RVL action.

Townball Day at Ryan Park for baseball fans.
Tuesday May 17 the Prior Lake Jays of the River Valley League and Prior Lake Mudcats of the Dakota Rice Scott League will be bringing “townball” to Thomas Ryan Park for an exhibition of a couple innings and home run derby. The night starts with team warmups at 645 and game exhibition at 7PM (4 innings/time limit). Homerun Derby featuring members of the Jays and Mudcats starts at about 745. There will be no admission charged but prize drawings, music and fun for fans of all ages at Prior Lakes newest diamond at Ryan Park. The PLAY Concession will be open however unlike the Vet, brew is not served.
