The PL Mudcats will kick off the '08 campaign Wednesday 4/23 for 7:30PM action at Cannon Falls John Birch Park against the Bears of the Classic Cannon Valley League. The Mudcats play 28 games this season, 22 in the Dakota Rice Scott League playing in the White Division with Union Hill, St Patrick, and New Prague with a best 2 of 3 game series to determine which 2 teams will advance to Regional playoffs. The Mudcats lost in Divisional playoffs in 2007 for the first time in 5 seasons. The 2008 MBA State Tournament hosted by Chaska & Shakopee with Prior Lake Veterans Field as alternate site in the event that weather impacts the schedule.
