The Prior Lake Mariners of the MSMABA (Over 35) kick off their season for 2024 under new leadership Saturday May 11, 2024 at Veterans Field of Memorial Park in Prior Lake. Chris Petrie takes over the lead role from Andy Koehler, Matt Moriarty, Scott Rohne & Duane Slinde. Paul Busselman and other tenured players will assist in leading the Mariners in the Over 35 MSMABA. The Mariners won the AA Division in 2014 and were 8th in 2024.
The Mariners were started with their 1st official season as the MudBirds in 2005 after filling in the MSM bracket as an exhibition team the previous season.
To help celebrate the season kickoff, the team (which charges no admission) will have the Vet Cafe open for a special Saturday May 11, 2024 500PM gametime VS Mankato Twins.
