MBA State Champs Crowned: Class A Minnetonka Millers Over Commanding Edge, Class B Miesville Mudhens Over Austin Blue Sox, Class C Plato Blue Jays Over Sauk Rapids. Congrats to participant teams and fans and thanks to Hamburg, Norwood and Green Isle for their efforts hosting this years B/C Tourney and Shakopee who hosted Class A Championship. 2008 B & C will be hosted by Chaska & Shakopee.

Bulldog Open 2007 PLABA President Tex Chapman is assisting with coordinating UMD Bulldog Golf Open 2008 which is a fundraiser for UMD Baseball. The event will take place Saturday 9/15 Noon Shotgun bestball at Meadow Lakes with Postgolf to take place at Kathys Pub in Downtown Rochester. The cost is $65 Per golfer with all welcome. Former Jays Kirk Loehr & John Eibs as well as Chris Swiatkiewicz and Former NHL Player Shjon Podein are slated to participate. For addtional info, contact Tex.
LITTLE GOOSE: Brady Matthew Geisler was born September 11, 2007 at 2:10. He weighed 7 lbs 13 oz. and was 20 1/4 in. long. Both Brady and Mom are doing very well. Dad & PL Jay Scott Geisler, who Coaches at PL High, is already crafting drills to prepare young Brady for the 2023 Townball Season!
