The Jays successfully beat the Waconia Lakers by a score of 3-0 on Thursday night at the Vet in Prior Lake.
Corey Goblirsch started on the mound for the Jays and pitched seven innings allowing 5 hits.
The Jays scored two runs in the top of the first as they managed to wrangle three hits. Again in the sixth, the Jays brought in their third and final run for the night.
Aaron Johnson was called upon for cleanup duties in the eighth inning. Johnson allowed one hit in two innings of work and managed to squeek out of a situation that left runners on first and second in the top of the ninth inning.

The Jays travel on Sunday and will make a stop in St. Peter for a 2 PM game. On the way home, they will stop in Le Sueur for a 6 PM game. The Jays stay on the road till their return home on July 23rd.
