Friday June 5th the Mudcats defeated the Montgomery Mallards by a score of 3-1. Ben Morrison pitched a complete game for the ‘Cats striking out nine and walking one while allowing five hits. Montgomery scored first in the second on two hits and two sacrifice bunts. The Mudcats answered with three in the third. Casey Johnson reached on an error, Noah Rezac reached on an error. Greg Faue doubled in Johnson, Rezac to third. Justin Schliep and Ben Schmidt singled in the last two runs. Ben Schmidt and Greg Faue each had two hits for the Mudcats.

Friday June 4th the Mudcats defeated the Webster White Sox 6-1. Webster scored on a home run by Nate Nielsen in the second inning off Starter Ryan White. Prior Lake scored single runs in the second, third, and 6th innings before getting three in the seventh to put it away. Leading hitters for the ‘Cats were Justin Schliep with two hits, a double and rbi. Casey Johnson added two hits, a triple, and two rbi. Ben Morrison and Kyle Hoover each scored two runs. Ryan White went the distance for the Mudcats scattering 10 hits, striking out seven and walking none.
