The Mudcats secured home field advantage with a 9-2 victory behind Noah Rezac's four hits, homer and double, and six rbi's. Mike Borgert-Poepping allowed two unearned runs and four hits over 7 innings to get the win. Ryan White pitched six up and six down in the final two.Zach Lovera contibuted three hits, including a double. Luke Thompson and Ryan Gothmann chipped in with two hits a piece. The Mudcats finish with a 12-9 record and second place in the DRS Blue Division. They will play Veseli in the best 2 of 3, starting Wednesday July 29th at Veseli at 8 pm. The Mudcats will be at home on Friday July 31st at 7:30 PM at Veterans field at Memorial Park. If Necessary, game 3 will be at Prior Lake at 2 pm on Sunday August 2nd. The winner will advance with a home game on Wednesday August 5th at 8 pm.
