‘Cats hope to follow 2019 success with a long playoff run back to 2020 MBA “C”
The Prior Lake Mudcats of the Dakota, Rice Scott League are starting the 2020 MBA Region 3C Playoffs after earning a bye in the DRS Playoff round posting a 7-2 League record. The 2020 season had impacted play of a full schedule as well with Montgomery suspending play and the veteran Mudcat roster took advantage with just 2 DRS League losses at the 2020 Opener to regular season #1 St Patrick 9-1 on June 30 and an 8-4 loss at #5 Faribault July 17. The 2019 Mudcats went 1-1 at the 2019 MBA Class “C” State Tournament defeating Foley 4-1 at Maple Lake before the Fergus Falls Hurricanes knocked them out at Delano in Final 32 action by a score of 7-2 in the single elimination 48 team bracket.

Region 3C Admission will be charged as well the Cov19 protocol in effect at admission. VetPL Patio will be open with ice cold drinks and all your favorite ballpark snacks! Put on your red, white & blue and Go Deep with your 2020 PL Mudcats.
Win or lose the Mudcats return to the diamond for the 2020 MBA Region 3C Playoffs Tuesday August 11. Consult the bracket at hotlink below for location and opponent. They will square with the New Prague/Lonsdale winner/loser with elimination or a State Tournament slot on the line.
