With a late season record snowfall Saturday April 14, 2018, speculation about the status of the 2018 Hardball Hotstove Beer Blast. It was on! More than a foot and a half came down while locals with focus on par with postal service values, were not deterred from getting out to support their local 9’s (Mudcats, Jays, Bald Eagles). As some players were unable to attend to turn in pre-sold tickets, drawings are still to be completed the week of April 22, CHECK BACK!

-The City of Prior Lake needed to bring in snow removal equipment to access installation of the batters eye at Veterans Field. With warming temps it is hoped that the Lakers will be able to commence the 2018 schedule Thursday April 26 at 430PM in a double header VS Rosemount Irish in South Suburban Conference action. (SEE LINK ABOVE TO CHECK PL Lakers schedule). The hotline will have the latest at 952-226-3800. Weather will partially determine if Vet Cafe concession will be open.
